- YOUTH DIVISION (UP TO 6 TEAMS): The cookoff is for Beltrami County 4-H members ages 7th - 12th grade.
- ADULT DIVISION (UP TO 4 TEAMS)
- You will be provided with a grill, charcoal and the protein.
- You will need to demonstrate food safety while grilling your food
- If you would like to also make a side that is not required, but welcomed.
- You will need to provide all seasonings, condiments, and anything else to present your product to the judges
- You will have 45 minutes to complete your dish
- You will be judged on food safety, taste and presentation of your dish
- This years protein is Turkey
- You may sign up as a single participant or with one partner.
